SnoGa 2023⎪SnoGa 2023: A half day retreat of hiking, yoga, tea & connection
Hike the moderate trails via Lory State Park and then flow in a 30 minute mountaintop yoga session in the snow. Bring your hiking boots, traction grips or snowshoes if desired, yoga mat, water, personal insulated mug, and lots of layers! You also may bring a personal propane heater and trekking poles if desired. Hand sanitizer and hot herbal tea are provided.
Location: Lory State Park in Fort Collins CO. Meet at the Arthur’s Rock main parking lot or contact me for details. Location may be altered due to extreme weather conditions.

Bend, Brew and Burritos Yoga⎪What’s more fun than starting your morning with some movement and post yoga fuel??
Our Bend, Brew and Burritos Yoga class is starting back up January through April and we’d love for you to join us in this fun and unique space!
Your ticket includes an all levels 60 minute class led by a certified yoga instructor, a brew of choice and Snack Attack’s guest favorite breakfast burrito! Brews include a 10 oz draft beer (cider and seltzer available), 16 oz cold brew coffee, kombucha or yerba mate.

Mini Gnomes Make and Paint Workshop – Create 2!⎪Bring your Gnomies out for some crafty fun! With a little Flingin Pots instruction you’ll make and paint TWO 4″ceramic gnome. Starting from a slabbed piece of clay, students will construct a gnome body, hat band and creative embellishments to make a one of a kind Gnome! After construction, you’ll paint your newly constructed gnome with ceramic paints. Flinging pots will take these back to our studio to high fire and clear glaze. Gnomes will be ready for pick up back at Emporium Sport Bar 1 month later.
