Women’s Self Defense+Wine⎪Partake in a class that Trent has been teaching for over 25 years. He has guest taught in Maui, as well as, hosting his own classes in various locations. These two classes will fill you with strategic information as well as practical skills. This first class will begin with a light warm up and meditation while he covers basics which include; how to harness the will to fight and when it is best to escape. He will then go over basic techniques to teach you how to block, expound briefly on philosophy as the mental aspects are more important than the physical skills.
