Wellington – “Honoring Our Heritage” Community Celebration
New this year: Wellington’s largest community gathering is back Friday, July 4, for a full day of hometown festivities!
Schedule highlights:
- 7 a.m. – Pancake breakfast at the Wellington Filling Station.
- 10 a.m. – Parade down Cleveland Avenue with the theme “Honoring Our Heritage” (parade registration required).
- 11 a.m.–2 p.m. – Community Park Festival: inflatables, games, food & drink vendors, and more.
- 11 a.m.–3 p.m. – Main Street Market & Car Show in Centennial Park, featuring live music and contests.
- 7:30 p.m. – Live concert by the Wellington Community Band near Eyestone South.
- 9:30 p.m. – Fireworks east of Sixth Street, synced to 97.1 FM—with viewing on Eyestone South Field.
