We’ll complete a competitive visual marketing audit to determine how we position your listing, meet with you at your home for an in-person walkthrough, and provide you with a personalized website link post walkthrough with instructions to ensure you have all the details we discussed. If you’re more of the do-it-yourself type and want to tackle the actual staging on your own, we’ll make sure you have all the tools you need. If you’d rather hand over the staging process entirely, we are ready to help!
Occupied Home Staging
With an occupied home staging, we use your home furnishings to ensure your home shows beautifully in pictures and showings. More than just moving furniture around, we will work with you to strategically remove, relocate, and repurpose items in your home in new and creative ways. This package is just right for you if you plan on living in your home during the selling process. Need some extra decor or bright-white linens to add the perfect level of polish? We’ll work with you to select items that will help show off the features of your home. Best of all, everything we purchase will be yours to keep!
Vacant Home Staging
Our vacant home staging takes a blank canvas and transforms it into a beautiful living space buyers can’t help but see themselves enjoying. We design each room to showcase the best features and help buyers feel at home from the moment they walk through the door. Vacant home staging is available in 30-day increments. 15-day extensions are also available at a prorated price.
