Cheba Hut Toasted Subs⎪The menu features over 30 signature sub sandwiches, as well as a variety of Rice Krispy treats, salads and munchies. Most locations also offer craft beer bars that feature local beers from neighborhood breweries.
Domenic’s Bistro and Wine Bar- Think inviting atmosphere. Imagine creative flavors. Then expect to be satisfied on both levels. Offering an eclectic, mid-priced menu inspired by tastes from around the world, they aim to please your palate and satisfy your sense of taste.
Khon Thai Restaurant- At Kohn Thai Restaurant, we select fresh and high quality ingredient’s for our food. Also, we serve delicious Thai food that is intense and deeply flavorful at prices you can afford.
La Piadina- They have 2 different types of Piadina (flatbread) – an authentic dough following the first written recipe from 1371 AD as well as vegan dough option made with extra virgin olive oil. Both are handcrafted right here in Fort Collins at the La Piadina commissary kitchen using organic flour. They make their own stracchino cheese spread, mushroom bechamel, marinara sauce, and pesto.
Lucile’s Creole Cafe– A breakfast and lunch restaurant serving a Creole theme featuring unique meals as “Cajun Breakfast” (red beans, poached eggs, hollandaise and grits) and “Eggs New Orleans” (fried eggplant, poached eggs, creole spice and hollandaise).
Music City Hot Chicken- Music City Hot Chicken are Colorado’s fried chicken enthusiasts. An original, locally operated counter service restaurant open for lunch, dinner, and brunch and the first of its kind to specialize in fried chicken showcasing Nashville Style Hot Chicken.
Nick’s Italian-Low-key spot for NYC-style pizzas, pastas & other Italian staples, plus a full bar with draft beer.
Nimo’s Sushi Bar & Japanese– Unpretentious Japanese eatery featuring classic hibachi steak & seafood dinners, plus sushi plates.
Rainbow Restaurant– They are passionate about an exceptional dining experience, starting with using only the healthiest, freshest ingredients in every dish. Every dish is prepared from scratch by experienced chefs and, of course, backed by care and love.
Raska International Cuisine & Sauce-Unique Ethiopian food made with the freshest ingredients. Every plate achieves that elusive, cuisine-defining balance of sweet, salty, and sour — even dessert.
The Colorado Room– Locally owned hangout with sandwiches, art on the walls, ample outdoor seating & local craft beers.
The Gold Leaf– Plant based food and drink served in a space that is safe, judgement-free, and accepting of all opinions and ideas expressed with respect.
The Welsh Rabbit Cheese Bistro– Warm, brick-meets-wood-clad bistro offering meat & cheese platters alongside salads & wine samplers.
Tom Kha Thai– Asian Bistro · serving appetizers, salads, aromatic soups and seafood.
Young’s Café Vietnamese Cuisine– This popular, comfy landmark eatery has been plating up Vietnamese & Chinese classics since 1987.
